BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Colour) Journaling Group by The Women’s Mental Health Program at The Royal

The Women’s Mental Health Program at The Royal presents the women’s BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Colour) journaling group.
This free online group is a peer-led way for BIPOC women – and people who identify as women – to express themselves through the act of journaling. Over nine weekly sessions, participants will learn about the benefits of journaling and be lead through topics such as: making connections; expanding one’s emotional vocabulary; letter writing; gratitude; self-esteem journaling; creative journaling, and evaluation. Space is limited to 18 participants.
Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
