Pandemic Parenting Playbook
Presented by ECHO Ontario Child and Youth Mental Health in Partnership with PLEO.
Learn practical strategies to support your child and youth’s mental health needs through the COVID-19 pandemic.
- What is and isn’t mental illness?
- What should you look for?
- What can you do to help and manage all of this?
- Where and how can you find resources?
We are pleased to offer two special sessions geared towards Parents/Caregivers in Ontario during this unprecedented time.
These are 1-hour no-cost virtual sessions and include a Q&A period with a panel of Mental Health Hub Specialists. You can join via desktop, laptop, smartphone or tablet. No other special equipment is required to join.
In order to best address your questions, we encourage you to submit questions in advance as part of the registration process. Due to number of registrations, questions will not be answered live during the session.
Please note: While the Hub Specialists will do their best to answer your questions, there is no provider-patient relationship established and recommendations will not be provided to any individual specific situation.
Can’t attend? Resources will be made available after the session. Please email us at ECHO_CYMH@cheo.on.ca if you are interested in these materials.
Registration is limited. We ask that spots be reserved for parents or caregivers in Ontario. Please email us at ECHO_CYMH@cheo.on.ca to be notified of when archived materials are made available.
Please note: These sessions will be presented in English. Questions can be submitted in French.
Focus on children (up to age 12):
Thursday, April 30
1:30 PM – 2:30 PM
Materials will be available soon.
