PACE

PACE stands for PLAYFULNESS, ACCEPTANCE, CURIOSITY, EMPATHY. PACE is a proactive parenting approach that aims to be a way of thinking, feeling, communicating, and behaving to help increase child safety and manage challenging behaviours. The session will help parents learn how to form secure attachments and build a safe space for open communication with their children. Parents will learn how to understand their children on a much deeper level while also learning how their own thoughts, feelings, and needs impact their communication patterns.

Here are the dates for the 2025 Winter session of the Pace workshop. Advance registration is required. To register or for more information, please get in touch with us at 613-735-2374 or 613-432-7936. You are welcome to attend one or more of these workshops, and there is no cost to participate!
