PACE stands for PLAYFULNESS, ACCEPTANCE, CURIOSITY, EMPATHY. PACE is a proactive parenting approach that aims to be a way of thinking, feeling, communicating, and behaving to help increase child safety and manage challenging behaviours. The session will help parents learn how to form secure attachments and build a safe space for open communication with their children. Parents will learn how to understand their children on a much deeper level while also learning how their own thoughts, feelings, and needs impact their communication patterns.
